the garden was a real highlight it offered a peaceful escape. The staff was very friendly and helpful assisting with directions. Breakfast had a nice selection served in a bright area facing the garden. The room was cleaned daily fresh towels were provided
my room faced an interior courtyard resulting in limited natural light i found this somewhat disappointing

the room included a comfortable bed old desk and functional air conditioning. It also had dark wood furniture and painted ceilings giving it a venetian style. i had sufficient space for luggage and movement.

a real GEM in a GREAT spot!

I really enjoyed my stay. i especially liked the beautiful garden where i had breakfast. It felt so peaceful. the water taxi stop AT the hotel's front door made transportation convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with water taxi arrangements and providing prompt communication.
the room, although clean, did have some OLD furniture and drapes that could use refreshing. the mattress also sloped slightly toward the headboard, a bit uncomfortable. i understand it is an OLD building, but some updates would enhance the experience.

our junior suite featured tall, elegantly painted ceilings plus beautiful antique furniture. the modern bathroom had all the amenities we needed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. we had a very restful and enjoyable stay.

breakfast included fresh fruit and a variety of pastries in a pretty space overlooking the garden. the breakfast staff were hard working and friendly, willing to assist in any way they could. i enjoyed my coffee in the morning.

The location was excellent, close to many attractions and in a quiet neighborhood. It was easy to explore the city. a water taxi stop right at the hotel's front door provided convenient transportation. i found plenty OF bars nearby.
